At Surf Soldes Boutique, we’re riders just like you, and we understand that sometimes gear needs to be returned or exchanged. Our policy is designed to be as flexible as the kites we sell, while maintaining the high standards you expect from premium water sports equipment.

Our Return Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gilets de sauvetage (life jackets)
  • Casques (helmets)
  • Gants (gloves)
  • Cagoules (hoods/balaclavas)
  • Chausses (booties)
  • Any Gonflable (inflatable) items that have been inflated

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return request within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  4. Include the completed return form (see template below) inside the package.
  5. Ship the package to our Paris headquarters at:

  6. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as the return process, but clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item. Please specify the new item you’d like (size, color, etc.) and we’ll process the exchange once we receive your return.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within:

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days (processing times vary by bank)
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you chose free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). For international returns, any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
